Our Set-Up

Our mobile wood-fired oven is the heart of it all. It’s rugged, beautiful, and great at what it does. It’s not a food truck. It’s a traveling kitchen built to perform.

Max and Gretta were wonderful about communicating from our original inquiry to the day of the event. There were no last-minute surprises and as a result, everything went quite smoothly. The pricing was VERY reasonable and included very nice bamboo compostable plates and napkins. Our guests loved having the wood-fire oven right onsite and raved about the pizza. Even though it wasn't on the pre-planned menu, one of our guests asked for a dairy-free/gluten-free option and the staff graciously accommodated him without question. He was thrilled!
